Print and Ship Services for Requisition Forms

In addition to packing and shipping client supply products, Therapak can take delivery of bulk requisitions for a laboratory and print and ship requisition forms to client locations. Therapak's in-house printing capability allows laboratories to develop programs whereby Therapak manages the client database of requisition templates by requisition code number and client account number. Orders are electronically transferred to Therapak several times a day. Once the information is captured, Therapak can mobilize printing tasks according to pre-established templates linked to account codes, test mix and form type.

In the initial set-up of these programs, Therapak typically recommends a gradual turnover of printing volume to ramp up the program step by step. The laboratory will usually purchase the forms and ship them to Therapak. Therapak will inventory these customer supplied forms and pull and print as required.
